The LifeMatters Foundation understands the education crisis South Africa faces. We have been actively involved in local schools for the past 13 years, and we believe that we can shed light on why at the end of grade 7, 50% of learners are dropping out of primary schools in the Retreat, Steenberg and Westlake areas.
The development of our programmes reflects our learning’s and continue to evolve to address and serve many of the issues that schools are faced with, but are ill equipped to deal with. We believe our quality interventions coupled with community and financial support can work with government efforts to address issues on a systemic level and bring about lasting change in our children’s future. Join us in a movement to practically equip and empower the kids in our community to stay in school and become functional, contributing members of society.
