Our Special Interest Groups and workshops is hands-on, experimental education at its best. Workshop hosts are ordinary people with different backgrounds, skills, and experience, who share and impart their knowledge to our learners.
These workshops expose primary school children to a range of topics, skills and professions, which enables them to discover their interests, harness their talents and explore new career paths. We work with hosts to design a series of age-appropriate workshops best suited to their time capacity, our resources and the interests of the learners.
The programme runs for an hour after school at Capricorn, Lourier, Steenberg, Sullivan and Westlake Primary Schools, over 4 to 6 weeks.
If you have a talent or skill to share, a heart for pre-teens, and time to volunteer as a host please fill in the form below.
